Marcs Masonry Marc's Masonry “Greetings. I recently needed repairs to the disintegrating mortar on the shoulder of my 90 year-old fireplace. I tried calling and leaving messages with three local masonry contractors. Marc Hayden called back the same day, I believe: the others never returned my calls at all. He gave me his cell number and soon after we arranged to have him come and look at the job and give me a bid. The price seemed quite reasonable (of course, I had no alternatives), Marc was affable and seemed very experienced and competent with the nature of the job and told me that he could deal with it within a couple of weeks. We went ahead and that's the way it turned out. Even though Marc was on vacation in Colorado, Ryan, his mechanic, turned up for the job exactly when promised (actually, the high point of the solar eclipse), went to work and did a very neat and attractive repair and cleaned up after himself as well. I was and am very pleased”
